What to Expect
Our classes focus on traditional Hatha and Raja Yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and dhyana (meditation). Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Class Schedule
Sessions are held daily in the morning and evening. Please contact our office for the most up-to-date schedule and batch timings. All are welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

All classes are conducted in the peaceful environment of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Ahmedabad center.
